don't give up




It's hard when you've got so much on your mind, but it's even harder when you feel like you can't do much. But the truth is that you can always do something even if it isn't to get some of those thoughts out of your head, even if it doesn't help at all, even if it doesn't change the fact that you have those. You can always make something to not even think about them. Clear your head. Look at another direction, find something else to do. Just turn around and try something new - don't forget where you need to be and everything that is waiting for you - but take a turn and play for a bit, shake your head and finding something new to do. 

Do you remember those fights you had to go and are going through? They will lead you to the most amazing times of your life.
Do you remember all those nights that you didn't close your eyes because of fear and insomnia and the ones you still have almost every day when you lay in bed at night? Better nights will come, ones that you won't be able to sleep because of happiness and gratitude.
Do you remember the rough paths you had to take and the ones you have to think about so much? Someday you will thank yourself for being strong enough to take them and to even think about them.

I know that because I believe in that, I believe that a better life is ahead of us. You've just got to keep going, you've just got to hold on bit more.
Don't walk down the path you have so hard came up, you don't know if the most amazing thing isn't right in front of you. But, it's true, it is also a possibility that it will take more than just a few steps to get there, but you have fought so much to get where you are, why give it up? Just walk a bit more. I know that you are tired, I know it feels and seems like it is easier to give up on what you have so hard tried to achieve or find - and the anxiety is kicking, nausea and tiredness seem endless, your legs want to give up as much as your head wants someplace to lay down - but don't give up! You can get there!

Just remember, it is okay if you go down, it is okay if you need to take a day off and rest. It's okay if you're not feeling the best. But, don't forget that you deserve to be happy, don't forget that you also can have and need to have those days when you are feeling on top of the world. You have, on top of everything else a compromise with yourself that comes first than anything else. So if you are not happy where you at right now and you have tried so much to be and to change what is happening you also have the right to change that or at least try, you have a voice that you can use, even if it doesn't feel like that, you have a voice that can change everything around you and your entire present, just use it.

Something better is ahead of you and now you can't see it, but in no time it will be just in front of you, and in no time you will be finally living it and you will feel so stupid remembering that you even though about giving up.
